2017 Summer Recap

Summer 2017 was a great summer! I'm putting all these photos in now, mainly so we can remember some of the things that happened, in the dead of winter on a day where it hasn't stopped snowing and it really makes me miss summer and the warm weather and grass and just feeling good and free!

We continued to work on the house and put in grass and enjoyed out outdoors.

TJ and I got invited to go on the Stake youth Trek trip. Trek is a three day experience where we dress up as pioneers and push handcarts in the wilderness just like the pioneers. It was a great experience that I am so thankful we were asked to be apart of! So humbling and made my gratitude for the pioneers increase ten fold. God bless the pioneers.

And of course our annual Pinedale trip which is always much needed and very wonderful!

I tried knee boarding for the first time. It's a favorite now. The falling risk is very unlikey. This year the water was the warmest it's been which made it extra fun cause I don't do cold water.

Fishing of course!

Summer naps, tans and love

I love just being outside and playing games on the porch during the summer!

TJ got a new bike so he could finally go riding with Connor.

Baseball games!

Being with family at Education week and a trip home!

Mom and I went up to Idaho for Mothers Day where we also got to talk to Nicole.

We went to Moab at some point.

Dates

We celebrated the 4th of July in our own neighborhood. We have some great neighbors that we love spending time with. The Lovell's had a BBQ and then we lit fireworks off in the street. It felt really good being apart of a fun neighborhood.

We played in a softball league during the summer and won!

In July, Alyssa and baby Luke came to Idaho and we drove up to meet my nephew! He is so adorable and I'm obsessed with him!

In July, TJ's sister Kara got married to Ethan. It was a beautiful and very hot wedding. Glad to have Ethan officially apart of the family now!

Family reunions up at Riverbend

Overall it was a great summer and I can't wait till next summer to come!
